Fruity Pinwheels are such a fun and now, easy way to pump-up your nail art game.
The best way to apply is in top of slightly wet acrylic and top (encase) with clear acrylic, allow the acrylic to dry, file/shape, buff, and apply clear top coat.
Pinwheel comes with a clear turnable top, and is very secure.
**Turn pinwheel top open. Do Not Pull the top off.
